Feta

Our feta is likely different than any feta you’ve had.  It has a great depth of flavor and the perfect balance of saltiness and richness to either be eaten alone or as a key ingredient in any number of dishes.  We sell our feta in firm blocks submerged in brine to retain freshness.

  • Recommended uses: Crumbled into soups, salads, pasta dishes, eggs or any other dish that requires some extra tangy saltiness
  • Age: 3-4 months
  • Ingredients: Heat-treated goats' milk, salt, rennet, cultures
